Will you refund stolen or lost items?
We will not refund for lost or stolen packages. OOH YASS! will not refund for shipping delays. Once packages are shipped and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for transit time.
Can I return/exchange a product?
OOH YASS! only accepts exchanges, we will gladly exchange any defective merchandise. If you are not satisfied please send us an email.
All items should be returned within 5 days after delivery for a different style, size or store credit. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your return upon arriving at our factory. You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange. In some cases, if the item is not in stock... processing time may take up to 2-3 weeks.
Item not delivered?
Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages. If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-4 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by the selected courier service. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the courier service to ensure packages are delivered.
Can I return a Sale item?
All SALE items are FINAL SALE which means there would be No returns and Exchanges for all items on sale.
We are happy to assist you for all original priced items that are unaltered, defective, in their original unused condition including original tags. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
Will I be refunded/return for a faulty item?
Yes you will be refunded for faulty items. You also have the option of choosing store credit, have adjustments made to your item or exchange your item for another colour or the same style.
All faulty items should be returned within 2-3 days after delivery. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
You are not responsible for delivery cost for faulty items.
Can I get a sale price after purchasing an item at the original cost?
Price adjustments are available on items purchased at original price 24 hours before a sale.
